Requirements
- Minimum age 18 — same minimum age applies to riders using Latch.
- Complete, valid documentation for you and your vehicle (licence, registration, insurance where applicable, and any class-specific paperwork).
- Clean criminal record — we verify before you go live.
- Willingness to follow Latch service standards — cancellations and delays are monitored; repeated issues can lead to review.
